Any intangible content that can be downloaded or streamed (transferred electronically) via a website, received via email, licensed electronically or accessed via electronic subscription is a digital product. (Images, Videos, eBooks, Website Articles, Podcasts, Online Magazines, Online Advertisements, Games, Music, Movies, etc).
4. Your Preview Before Buying
i. It is important to preview digital products before buying, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products and that the products are:

ii. If your digital content does not meet these criteria, you have the right to have your digital product repaired or replaced. We require notification within 4 business days of the recorded delivery date.

5. Change of Mind
i. Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have:
• Simply changed your mind.
• Found the products cheaper elsewhere.
• Decided you did not like the purchase.
• Decided you had no use for it.

6. Important: Make sure the digital product itself is faulty and not just a problem with your Computer, Device or Internet Connection.
i. Please make sure that your Computer, Android, Mac/iPad/iPhone etc, accepts and operates with your selected purchase (i.e. file types, PDF, ePub, video, image, Podcast, etc), BEFORE purchasing. Please check the version and format of the Digital product download. If you are not sure, please do not complete the purchase of any items.
7. File Download Returns and Downloads
i. The Mooney Journal does not accept returns for intangible goods downloaded from the The Mooney Journal Website. In the event a download does not result in all requested goods being provided, upon notification, The Mooney Journal may at its sole discretion, make another download connection available to complete the transfer of information.

8. File Download Refunds
i. The Mooney Journal does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. Refunds will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of The Mooney Journal. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. If the request is approved, The Mooney Journal will issue a credit to your account or credit card.
ii. Downloads will not be refunded if more than 4 days from the download date have passed.
iii. In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate and you must delete/destroy any and all copies of the content from your computers, devices and storage devices, to the satisfaction of The Mooney Journal, prior to a refund being issued.
